The Hawthorn Foundation plans to support broader conservation efforts by making grants and distributions to organizations and programs that encourage practices such as recycling, conservation, reforestation, development and use of renewable energy sources, and protection of air and water quality. We may make program-related investments in organizations, including start-up businesses, focusing on these same types of activities. As with our other programs, we would focus this activity on organizations and programs in the state of Wyoming, and may work with other environmental organizations such as the University of Wyoming’s Haub School & Ruckelshaus Institute of Environment and Natural Resources in identifying appropriate recipients of grant funds or program-related investments.
If you have innovative ideas that support environmental conservation in Wyoming, please visit our Contact Us page and send us a message. We will get back to you.
